October 15, 2025I’ve been really happy living in these apartments everything has been great so far! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive whenever I need help. The amenities are a big plus, especially the pool area, which is beautiful and relaxing most of the time. The only thing I would love to see improved is the pool lighting at night. There are quite a few bright lights, and they can be a bit too intense, making it harder to enjoy the calm ...atmosphere. I’ve also heard a few neighbors mention the same thing, so maybe softer or fewer lights could make it even better. Other than that, I really enjoy living here and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to live.Property Manager Responded

September 30, 2025Very nice and helpful in the office, and maintenance is pretty quick with the work orders. The pool is well maintained and cool even on hot days. Security system in the package room is nice, you need a code to get into the package room.Property Manager Responded

September 25, 2025I’ve really enjoyed my time here. The staff is very nice and responsive—when we had a water heater issue right after moving in, they came the same day to fix it. The dryer is new but currently not working; they are actively addressing it, which is the only downside so far. A huge plus is that you cannot hear noise from neighbors. I love the layout of the house, and the location is excellent for commuting to work. Overall, a great experience!Property Manager Responded

September 15, 2025So far everything has been pretty smooth.We love our apartment, it’s so spacious for our little family and we have lots of storage which is a big plus. The community is quiet, nice, and clean. The only complaints i have are that people always park in our paid spots and we constantly have to report and relocate temporarily to a different spot. The residents of this community are aware of how the parking worse and it’s annoying that they try to get away with not paying for guest parking by telling ...them to park anywhere not knowing if it’s someone’s paid spot. We all have to pay for parking and that’s not fair, i have a small child and sometimes i have to park farther away. We have only lived here a month and it’s happened at LEAST 6 times, including the very first day we moved in. Also we have a big spider issue which is annoying because of my baby I found a huge one in our closet where he plays a lot and we’re on the 3rd floor!! Other than those complaints we are happy so far.Property Manager Responded
