The apartments are nice overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The corridor area could be kept cleaner, and I’ve experienced a minor issue. I do think having to pay for resident parking is frustrating, and requiring guests to pay for parking is a bit excessive. I’ve never heard of anything like it.

The front office is always positive. The maintenance people are always professional. My only complaint is that common areas are not maintained well, specifically the gym on site.

10/10 if you are moving out with an spouse or by yourself, my experience wasn’t bad at all, I would say the only things is you have to pay for parking and it’s not expensive like 5, and the club house not open to reserve for the whole year I was here, kinda sad bc I wanted my family to see it. But I made friends here. Everyone is super friendly
