        I’ve been living at Sequel for close to two years and still loving it. It’s literally in the heart of Seattle. Kaleb who’s the property manager is running the entire building and really takes pride in the work he does. The maintenance team (Joel) is pretty awesome too. He’s always on top of everything and quick to response. Living in the city comes with the good and the bad, but what place doesn’t.

        I’ve lived in this building for years and Kaleb been a consistently excellent building manager. He’s helped me move into multiple different units in the building as my needs have changed over the time i’ve been living here. He’s made the transitions between apartments easy and hassle free.         Living at the Sequel has been a great experience thus far. The staff is amazing, super responsive and always willing to help. My apartment is very cozy and very rarely do I hear any of my neighbors. The facilities maintenance is on point with great amenities like the gym and beautifully manicured roof-top. Did I mention their generous offer of freshly baked muffins in the mornings, which is an ideal breakfast treat.
