I love it here !

March 6, 2023Living at Sequoia Manor over the past few months has been amazing! My apartment is very spacious. The management team is incredible from the tour to the move-in they really made what seems like an overwhelming process easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better living experience. The staff at Sequoia Manor are always so welcoming, and they stay on top of all maintenance concerns. The maintenance turn around time is quick without delay. Screeching
January 4, 2018There is an incredibly loud screeching sound coming from the roof that never goes away. It gets even worse when windy, which is all the time. It makes it hard to sleep. Residents hate it. The office says they'll fix it, but it's just as bad as ever. Every guest I've had over to my place comments on it.Review from Apartments.com
Could be better.
August 4, 2015Although there have been recent additions for residents, my personal experience has not been met with overwhelming satisfaction. Requests take days to complete, random notices of updates for apartments, recycling program that gets introduced yet never implemented. They recently added a fitness facility. You need to purchase the key card ($50 non refundable). Laundry space provided is in bad need of machine updating and this has been mentioned. Nice Apt wish management was better
July 29, 2015If this place had better management I would love have loved to stay. The neighborhood is decent and quiet. It's conveniently located close to a mall and target. Neighbours were mostly nice. However, they a super slow (if at all) to respond to your problems. It seems to be only one maintenance man who wants to do his job; you can only rely on him to actually fix anything however because of this he is spread too thin so it takes a long while to get anything fixed. I would neither recommended nor ...dissuade anyone moving here. If youre a go with the flow, patient person this place is not bad.
