September 12, 2025Still waiting for the front gate to be locked after hours. Still waiting for the tenants parking area lights to be replaced and working. Still waiting for the mud to be cleaned up in the parking area and something done to prevent the mud from seeping into the lot every time it rains.Property Manager Responded

August 4, 2025Debra is working very hard to make sure this is a great place to live. She is very dedicated in taking care of our complaint and requests. I do wish there was more parking for the handicapped as we still have a problem of non tenants taking up our spaces. Often times some of us have to park out in the vistor parking area. July 24, 2025Everything was great! Debbie was great and very responsive to my needs. The only issue was the apartment was not clean, I had to do a lot of cleaning before I could get everything in place. Debbie was aware of this issue due to her working to get me in on the scheduled day. Other than that everything went smooth as butter. I think I am going to love it here!Property Manager Responded

July 20, 2025My living experience in Sequoia Park is beyond my expectations. I am now on my second lease! I love my Terrace and pleasure in decorating and tweaking the look on an ongoing basis. My two bedroom Unit provides ample space for my requirements and the service both from the front office and the maintenance staff is excellent.
