We saw several different locations and Seraphina was the best value in terms of location, quality of apartments, lots of amenities, and competitive rates. March 6, 2025I have lived here almost a year. I enjoy the quiet community and the big trees around building 8. I love the Trash Pick Up and the Recycling programs. I also enjoy the food trucks. The Bar-B-Que is my favorite. I wish you could bring some fruit and vegetable stands-Farmers Market. Even a Fresh Peach stand would be great when they are in season. I look forward to having my father and brothers over some day. I like that I can walk in the complex. I have own 2 mile walk chartered out. I feel ...safe here and appreciate my neighbors. The only thing I would suggeest is hiring happy employees in the office. The old owners had very cherry and respectful help. The ones that were hired for Seraphina are not very friendly and are not willing to help. They need to go the extra mile with a smile on their face. They don't seem to like their job very much. Maybe they need some incentives for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would incorporate a way for them to make more money by handing out or emailing out surveys on how they helped each tenant and/or potential tenants. They need to see and hear how they make people feel. If I were to come into Seraphina today, I would not rent here because of the way they have treated me. I want to conclude by complimenting your Resident App for work orders and other needs. It's convenient and easy to use.Property Manager Responded
