Lived here 2 years and loved it!
September 22, 2022Lived here a little over 2 years and loved it. Lived in both 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom 2 bath. Maintenance was always ontop of their repairs in a timely mattered and management was always very attentive and very respectful. I only moved due to change in income. The location is very convenient 10 minutes away from EVERYTHING! College, groceries, liquor store, walmart. Target, Ross, petsmart, Sharp Hospital, park, dog park, ETC. Neighbors for the most part all keep to themselves. Very safe ...neighborhood. Assigned parking and if available theirs option to purchase a second parking. Pretty great place to live
January 4, 2018Overall, these are pretty great apartments. They're very nice on the inside. Small, but nice, the one bedroom is perfect for just my husband and I. The one unfortunate thing about these apartments is not having a washer and dryer in unit, but that seems to be a common thing in San Diego. The pool is very nice, and there's usually no one there. These apartments are only about half an hour from La Jolla beach, and more beaches. About 7 minutes away from the Grossmont center, which has a Walmart and ...a Target. Management difficult to work with
February 22, 2016The pricing used to be great, but new management came in and upped everyone's rents. We were one of a number of families that ended up leaving. Also, under the new management it's really difficult to get a hold of the office person, and when you do, they make little effort to work with your work schedule so you end up having to take multiple days off from work because their maintenance people have to come back over and over to try and fix whatever issue there is with the apartment (I will say ...the maintenance guys are super nice though). You would think that they understand it's their cheap amenities that are breaking, and not the customer's issue, but they act like they're doing you a huge favor by fixing their broken stuff. Location isn't bad, the units are a decent size. There are only six washers and dryers in the central laundry room, and four in the other for the ENTIRE complex, so they're usually full (especially when one or two of them is broken). It was what we expected for the lower price, but for what they're charging now (and will continue upping it to in the near future) isn't worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 12, 2015Positives: shopping is close, freeway access is great. Negatives: been here for almost 2 years with the same cracked pool furniture since day 1. The wood fence by my apartment still hasn't been fixed as well as the one behind my building.Review from Apartments.com
