Lack of professionalism
July 27, 2022I lived here for about 2 years and honestly it was OK. Better off going to Park Pacific (same apt layout but $500 cheaper) or Crystal Springs - a bit pricer but professional customer service. Be prepared to wait 2-3 days for maintenance to complete your service request, and if you're looking for a 2nd parking spot, waitlist can take up to 6 months. Oh also, if you have a concern and decide to contact AMC corporate and speak with the “Regional Manager” Annette, don’t be surprised if she starts ...making unnecessary lawyer threats when you’re simply trying to get a straight answer about a question regarding your lease. This was just my experience and things I did not like, there were some positives like a big pool and being able to pay directly with your debit card at the washers/dryers but really does not compensate for the negatives.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 18, 2016My husband and I recently renewed our lease again because we love our apartment, location and office staff. Mindy is the new manager and is very professional in handling my requests. They are constantly doing upgrades to make the property nicer and to maintain its beauty. My neighbors are now my friends and are a reason why we decided to stay another year.
