And for such a beautiful area the management here is beyond terrible. With Nefi the landlord having the audacity to raise rent multiple times and making no changes to these units whatsoever. There is no explanation needed as for why my neighbors say the same. If you are looking for a “temporary” place DO NOT CONSIDER SERENGETI SPRINGS. May 4, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comNever move here!! Trust me I’m saving you a serious headache!! The manager who lives here is awful!!! He will charge you for things that are totally out of your control. Do not expect to get any kind of security deposit back because you won’t. Don’t call in a maintenance request because they will start looking into your renters insurance and charge them for simple maintenance requests. The materials they use are awful (I work in construction I know what good materials are) the carpet frays and is ...just garbage and then they will charge you for for it when you move out. We searched for something nice and within our budget and Serengeti Springs fit the bill and then some! The apartment is spacious, beautiful and clean, and staff is amazing. We moved in on Friday, September 4th and it already feels like home. If you are going to rent an apartment in the Salt Lake Valley, this is the complex to check out.

Management changes furnace filters, fire alarms and thermostat batteries as well as light bulbs (low energy mercury) in all built in fixtures. There is no external responsibility for painting or yard work. I receive a senior discount and a handicapped discount. There is a pool which is open during summer months and a weight room which is available year around. Parking ...is under cover and I have a garage as well. They have kid friendly movie nights once a month on the big grassy area. And an annual pool party. It's great! I haven't had any issues with them. The apartments are larger than most in this area, and are priced lower in comparison to the others. The grounds are very well maintained. I absolutely LOVE living here!

July 11, 2013 - Review from Apartments.comWe lived there 3 years. The staff was friendly but however over the years we become no body. We had to call multiple times to get things fixed, our door wouldn't close all the way and the maintenance people were busy so the manager came to fix the door and put a small rock to help it close all the way. WE got new neighbors and were very noisy, we kepy reporting them but however the management didn't want to do anything about it. So, we decided to move out because we couldn't handle it anymore. ...After we moved out they sent us a huge bill because they had to "repair" the carpets. They only had pictures for one of the bedrooms and All we wanted was picture proof and they couldn't provide us that will all the rooms. If it wasn't for us moving out of state now we would have fought it.Read More
