March 8, 2023By far the worst place I’ve ever lived, maintenance never comes .. they never answer the phone in office , went the whole summer with no air and went through part of the coldest winter with no heat .. and infested with rodents in the walls that are coming through the walls. The laundry unit is available due to no washers or dryers working. The upkeep here is absolutely terrible.needs to be torn down and redid.Review from Apartments.com

March 31, 2022over all this property is just old and needs some major work done. but i can say the following, when you call the office to do a work order , maintenance comes out , most of the time the issues be above them , the office manager will go beyond and above to assist you unlike some office managers. i like the communication but its nothing staff can do about the old issues we have with living here. the plumbing is beyond crazyReview from Apartments.com
