July 27, 2023this management staff has no customer service, starting with the community manager. She is extremely rude. During my move in date, she had her entire family such as kids and husband there. While I was signing the papers, she was arguing with her husband and her children screening at her telling her to stop arguing. my apartment was extremely dirty which took hours to clean upReview from Apartments.com

March 8, 2023I had the pleasure of staying with family that reside at Serenity at Lake Wales. I found the pool and the fitness center and awesome perk! It was like being at a resort and the staff were topnotch! The property manager, Cayla and her staff were nothing but welcoming and helpful. It's nice to know that they care about their residents and welcome any visitors! I liked the walking path that lets you enjoy the Florida wildlife as well and the convenience to grocery and food is a perk!Review from Apartments.com
Luxury this is not.
March 25, 2022While the apartments are nice looking, the apartments are not all that. Today all residents were locked out of the dog park without any communication as to why the dog park is closed. Every month this year, there has been an issue with rent payments that has caused inconvenience for every resident here, whether having to resubmit payment or wait for reimbursement for overcharges. When I signed the lease, I was advised in the sales pitch that there would be 24-hour security on the property at all ...times. There is not any security. At least twice a month cops are on premise for a disturbance. For a smoke free property... nothing is done to follow through that it remains this way. One maintenance guy tends to sleep with any resident who will let him. Management demands that if you have a dog you pick up after the dog but does not follow through to ensure dogs are on the leases or that the fine for not picking up the dog poop are followed through on. There are spiders everywhere on the outside of the buildings and often can be found in the apartments, if they show you the first building walk around other buildings. The yellow eggs sacs of the spiders can be found in the hallways of buildings not regularly pressure washed. While the apartments look nice, it annoying to pay for so called luxury and being dealing with all of the nuances of this apartment complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
beautiful community
September 17, 2021The community is great but I have to agree with the other review. They’re great until you move in. I’ve been here since July and my dryer still doesn’t work. Every time I call they say they will call call back with an update and never do. The gym is supposed to be 24 hours but the key fob never works. Serenity at Lake Wales and Staff...
March 6, 2021Dear future residents, I am currently 51 years old and have never taken the time to write a review for any type of business but Serenity at Lake Wales deserves one. The facility grounds are gorgeous and kept in tip top condition. The wonderful ladies that run property management department (Gloria and Christin) are very professional, welcoming and regularly follow up on any and all inquiries and concerns. The maintenance manager (Brandon) is always doing his job and exhibits a ...positive and professional attitude. I had an issue with my dryer and he was literally at my front door within 5 minutes and fixed the issue. As anyone who has ever rented anywhere can tell you... New Tenant
December 13, 2020This is a brand new (much needed) community in my hometown, so I began researching it months before its official opening. Ever since I made my first phone call, the entire staff (Christina, Gloria, Brandon and Julissa) have been nothing short of amazing!!! Christina, in particular, has been my primary point of contact, and she has guided me through the application process with ease. Her patience has been greatly appreciated, and she has always been readily available to answer my questions by ...phone or email. I am looking forward to moving into my new apartment soon, especially knowing that there are great people onsite that will ensure I have a smooth transition.
