Poor Management and Maintenance
February 22, 2025Not sure why I received a link to leave a review when service was not provided! We have been trying to get the heating ducts cleaned for months and keep getting the run around. Meanwhile I purchase my own hepa filters for the furnace and have to replace them every two weeks or less. They get very dark and we start sneezing again. It’s been too cold not to use the furnace even though the debris it spews is noxious. We also have roof leaks when it rains. This hasn’t been properly fixed because ...when one stops, others start. December 26, 2024There is no communication. Managers are careless. No help is ever provided. They are always out of the office. They never answer the phone. No ine took me on a tour or told me what amenities there were at the premises. In general I had a VERY BAD. Experience there. I lost my mattress, couches and have spent so much money cleaning my clothes and on cleaning supplies to get rid of the infestation. I have pictures and 2 different pest control services and they still do not want to compensate me for ...the loses. The apartment was inhabitable. I had to leave.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
