October 13, 2025Since 2023 enjoying the lovely view of the pond that inspires… Friendly and helpful staff have been appreciated. The convenience of the location has been one of the top advantages. Closeness to ferry and Smart, being at 101 exit in central Marin and walking distance to Greenbrae have all been among our favorites not to mention Country Mart with many retail and restaurant options.Property Manager Responded

October 3, 2025I’ve never lived in a better community. It’s safe, clean, updated, amenities are superb, I just love it. Parking can be an issue, but otherwise, I love it here.Property Manager Responded

September 10, 2025Office will answer the phones for potential customers but not for existing residents. Management is unresponsive to complaints about gas-powered leaf blowers. Trash areas do not have sufficient bins for the quantity of waste produced at each building.Property Manager Responded
