January 12, 2026I moved out here last March from Wisconsin to be closer to my son, who also lives in Larkspur. After visiting him in this area for 12 years, I knew it was where I wanted to spend my retirement. Having rented the place virtually sight unseen, I was thrilled beyond belief when I first saw my new apartment and how beautiful it was. The next morning I couldn’t believe the breathtaking views of Mount Tam outside my large and wonderful balcony. October 13, 2025Since 2023 enjoying the lovely view of the pond that inspires… Friendly and helpful staff have been appreciated. The convenience of the location has been one of the top advantages. Closeness to ferry and Smart, being at 101 exit in central Marin and walking distance to Greenbrae have all been among our favorites not to mention Country Mart with many retail and restaurant options.Property Manager Responded

October 3, 2025I’ve never lived in a better community. It’s safe, clean, updated, amenities are superb, I just love it. Parking can be an issue, but otherwise, I love it here.Property Manager Responded
