Overpriced
September 27, 2021The apartment itself is nice and the location is great, however the price advertised isn't what you'll be paying as there are a ton of extra fees added on. Water and sewage are billed from the middle of one month to the next which doesn't make much sense since rent is billed from the beginning of the month. My upstairs neighbors have kids that run around a lot, and it is very loud. I had to turn in my ESA letter twice and they still owe me a credit of $20 as I was charged pet rent when I ...shouldn't have been. My dryer in the unit is slow to dry laundry (I run it twice on the longest cycle at the highest heat) despite maintenance cleaning the vent.
