Horrible place to call a home

These townhouses are overwhelmed with so many hazardous problems you can’t even consider them a safe place to live. There is no professional maintenance (just a man related to the landlords, who thinks he can repair and renovate properly) these apartments are overpriced for what they are worth because the laminated floors pop up full of bubbles of air because they were not put down properly, the floor vents are rusted to the point where you can’t lift them off the floor and some of them don’t ...
even have a vent to cover the heat pipes, and the walls have holes in it from nails or old cracks. The storage closets does not have doors, the bathrooms and kitchens still have rusted up faucets that leak strongly, some of the windows have cracks in them and in a lot of areas of the house the electric outlets and lights do not work. The parking lot is full of pot holes and sand with dozens of cats. The walls are thin with no insulation. The unprofessional and very rude maintenance guy and landlord will quickly tell you “there’s nothing I can do” and leave you with the house problem you currently have whether it’s a cosmetic, electrical, or construction problem. It has a been a sad and frustrating experience to live here over the last year and i do not recommend anyone to live here unless you plan on moving in and renovating the entire apt yourself.
