About Settler's Ridge Apartments - 55+ Community
Settler's Ridge Apartments is located in Atkinson, NH off of Pope Road. This community is a 55 and over Low Income Tax Credit Property. Income restrictions apply to qualify for all units. We do credit checks (675 credit score) and criminal background checks on every resident. This is a beautiful quite neighborhood surrounded by trees, woods and town forest. It is approximately 8-10 minutes for shopping and Routes 125 and 495. The property is managed by MOST Property Management, PO Box 438, Auburn, NH 03032. We are accepting applications for our waiting list so please request one through this site. We will E-mail you one. We do not accept any deposits on units and there is no application fee. We look forward to assisting you with your housing needs in the future.
