January 26, 2026The walls are pretty thin, the above renter is quite loud, walks loudly, pounds/drops heavily onto floor, can hear people going up & down outside steps. And again, the painting of walls not good. Paint splatter on floor, paint on cabinets, paint on fixtures - not luxury. I like to space of apartment and layout very much. Location is great! December 1, 2025Our experience has been nothing but good. Grounds are kept up to clean conditions, landscaping is done once a week. Neighbors are extremely kind and maintenance is always there if needed. Leasing/ office staff have always been more than kind when it comes to any questions or concerns we may have. December 1, 2025Love living here so far! The apartments are modern, and the atmosphere is elegant and clean. I would say my one complaint is that there are no elevators in the buildings, so if you live on the third floor and have to carry a lot of stuff, or if you have a relative with a disability, there's no easy way up.Property Manager Responded
