Terrible management and zero maintenance support.
?The staff in the management office are completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and aggressive when approached. Communication is virtually impossible, and they refuse to address any maintenance requests.
?We have been dealing with critical issues that remain completely ignored:
?No working dishwasher.
?Extremely low/no water pressure in the kitchen.
?AC filters are never changed on time (they always claim they have to order them first).
?Even when ...
visiting the office in person—even with proper authorization—they just yell instead of helping. They sit in the office all day doing nothing while tenants suffer with broken amenities.
?The entire place is dirty, poorly managed, and unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Seven Lakes.
