October 1, 2025I have had such an amazing experience at Seven Oaks! The amenities are fantastic and so is the staff! The neighborhood is right next to Downtown, but none of the annoying traffic. Plus uber and Waymo are so cheap from here. I love to live here!Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2025Move In was a nightmare had to switch units since unit 164 was dirty and had terrible air conditioning. While Lauren made things right and got us in 162 which has been good, it was a long and exhausting day that I hope to never have to relive.Property Manager Responded

September 18, 2025I've been in the community and city for almost a month now, and so far, it's been a great experience! I really love the amenities—they're well-maintained and add so much convenience to daily life. The staff and management have been super helpful, kind, and always welcoming. You get a very friendly and inclusive vibe here, which made settling in so much easier. If I had to give one piece of feedback, it would be about the dog park area—it feels a bit small and a little tight.
