December 7, 2025I've lived here for almost 5 years, and I have no plans on leaving anytime soon. It's a clean, well-kept community, quiet for the most part, and as a single woman, I feel safe, which is very important to me. The Leasing center associates are always friendly and actually care. October 24, 2025I haven’t moved in yet, but from what I’ve seen so far, I really like the property. It feels very clean, safe, and well maintained. Gumi has been absolutely wonderful. Very professional, caring, and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth. As soon as I got my keys, we did the walkthrough, and he immediately took care of a few small issues that needed attention. The only thing I’m a little disappointed about is the stove. It looks a bit worn, with several scratches on the top and ...on the oven door. Since I love to cook, that was a bit of a letdown. Because of that, I’d give the overall experience 4 stars, but Gumi himself definitely deserves 5??Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2025Overall I have had a great experience at the complex, neighbors are friendly and complex is relatively quiet and respectful. Only thing that really bothers me is how the buildings going into the apartment occasionally smell like weed and sometimes maintenance doesn’t seem to know how to properly fix things. Also there were multiple times I was over charged on my water bill and never got refunded even though I was told by office they would look into it. I would highly recommend this complex to ...anyone looking for a nice apartment close to Atlanta.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2025I enjoy living in this community. I feel safe and respected, and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance Services are always prompt. The pool is always clean, and I use it often to workout and hang out. The monthly events at the leasing center was a great way to get to know some of the neighbors who attended. March 18, 2025I truly enjoy living in this complex. I love the staff in the office, the ease to maneuver through the complex and ample parking no matter what time I arrive home! Of course we have small issues but the good ones outweigh those so we will continue to focus there! We have experienced all positive neighbors during our 2 year stay and that's a joy! Maintenance is another positive we have been able to enjoy....even when that team was short handed, they made sure that any issue we had was attended to ...in a timely manner. February 17, 2025I have really enjoyed living at Seven Springs Apartments. It is generally very quiet and I like that the resident population is diverse. I also feel safe in this community. I do think the grounds could use more upkeep. They used to clean the buildings more when I first moved in 2 years ago. Overall, I really like it here!Property Manager Responded
