    Seven Springs is an excellent community to live in. It's beautiful, picturesque and with well maintained landscaping and a very pleasant feel. You feel you are in the countryside, but have grocery stores within walking distance and a mall and hospital close by. Tge buildings are well kept and regularly maintained by painting, change of carpeting in hallways etc. Maintenence responsiveness is excellent, and office staff are always pleasant and efficient. The property manager, Karen, clearly ...
    supports and works hard to ensure tenants are satisfied and well taken care of. Residents are kind, decent, well-mannered, mainly family-friendly people. Thank you for maintaining these standards.

    Just move in for 5 days. I found some place need to be fixed. I went to leasing office talked to Sonia,she ordered maintenance work for me immediately and told me next time I can call her instead of walking to the office. The maintenance worker come in time. They did their job very professionally. I appreciate very much for that they not only did my ordered job, but found the problem of exterior screen door which I didn't report and installed a new door for me. I feel very comfortable with such ...
