I absolutely love living here. I truly have never lived in a place where the management, the administration, the cleaning ladies, and the Maintenance worked so well together. It’s a very laid-back atmosphere for both singles and families. Especially love the regular special events they have for the residents. It feels like I live in a resort.

Unhelpful but good at acting like they arent

Workers will enter into your home and violate your safety and privacy without warning. You and your items are not safe in your own homes. Get your own cameras that does not require wifi because the wifi goes out often. The managers do not care for your safety and will do nothing about those people nor will they help in any way. Every couple of months there will be false fire alarms going off abruptly with no warning. The wifi does not work well. Packages will be stolen from time to time. Do not ...
rely on their security cameras, they will not use them to help you half the time. Stay away from the community group chat if you want to keep your life peaceful. There are many people who are there that have a lot of time to make your life worse. The current maintenance worker did not even know how to fix a sink’s leaking P trap.

This place has really gone downhill. If you want to pay huge amounts of money to live in a place where the fire alarms go off every other day for no reason, this would be it. The residents don’t even bother leaving their units anymore when the alarms go off. And as someone mentioned above, they actually charge you separately for water and electricity etc in the common areas!

Shady, deceptive and disorganized. I don’t get the same answer on anything. Tons of fees they don’t exactly inform you about. I felt like they just wanted to fill all the units and don’t care at all about things like unsecured doors that break on a weekly basis. Ants & roaches in a brand new apartment. Built fast & cheap. I think most of the money was spent in areas like the lobby, club room, lobby bathrooms. I’ve also never lived somewhere where tenants pay for common area water, electricity and ...

Don't waste your time

It seems like there's NEVER anyone in the office. After I wasted my time calling the place about 30 times over the span of a week. I even left voicemails and no one ever called back. I gave up on these people. Seriously don't waste your time renting here.
