Not worth it
June 30, 2022This place has really gone downhill. If you want to pay huge amounts of money to live in a place where the fire alarms go off every other day for no reason, this would be it. The residents don’t even bother leaving their units anymore when the alarms go off. And as someone mentioned above, they actually charge you separately for water and electricity etc in the common areas!Review from Apartments.com
Disappointing. Poor management
October 18, 2021Shady, deceptive and disorganized. I don’t get the same answer on anything. Tons of fees they don’t exactly inform you about. I felt like they just wanted to fill all the units and don’t care at all about things like unsecured doors that break on a weekly basis. Ants & roaches in a brand new apartment. Built fast & cheap. I think most of the money was spent in areas like the lobby, club room, lobby bathrooms. I’ve also never lived somewhere where tenants pay for common area water, electricity and ...sewer (meaning we pay utilities for the leasing office, gym, clubhouse, hallways, etc.).Property Manager Responded

Don't waste your time
June 14, 2021It seems like there's NEVER anyone in the office. After I wasted my time calling the place about 30 times over the span of a week. I even left voicemails and no one ever called back. I gave up on these people. Seriously don't waste your time renting here.Review from Apartments.com
