A better place to live.
October 10, 2022Place for over 3 years. Recently the ownership/property management has changed hands and the improvements in all areas have been very noticeable. The complex is now clean and well maintained. The common areas have been redone in a style more in keeping with the ambience of the complex as a whole. The gym is clean and well provisioned with equipment. The pool area is super clean and comfortable. Under previous management maintenance was haphazard at best. Now filter changes and pest control occur ...on a regular basis. The office staff and the maintenance staff are all very personable and easy to work with. They are all continually doing both big and little things to improve the appearance and the comfort of living here. Where this place originally was about a 6 or 7, it is now a strong 9 to 10 and continuing to improve.Property Manager Responded

Really Enjoy Living Here
May 24, 2019This complex is awesome. The pool and clubhouse are pristine. The apartments are well built and the location rocks. Just a couple minutes to all the shopping you need, and the Beach Express is a mile in the other direction for a quick drive to Orange Beach. The management does a great job, too.
