March 18, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comRoaches everywhere, unsafe neighborhood. Dogs pee in the building. Electric bill is just too high for everyone. Over $400 per month. Homeless people sleep in the stairwells. When you go to look at the place, you will see with your own eyes.
