    Can’t wait to leave this place! My air conditioning barely works. There are red ants everywhere in my apt. The dumpsters are an issue. Place def needs TLC inside the apts and the grounds! Right now half of my power is out including the AC and my stove and maintenance can’t figure out how to fix it. Hello Seville on the Green ......I have young children that need AC and a working stove.....Duke came here and said this is your problem to fix! Things were much better here when Vanessa worked in the ...

  • Awkward floor plans, rent increases

    When we first moved in, it was great. We have a 2/2 and thought the floor plan was good. Over time, the apartment has shown that the small closets, lack of pantry and no outside storage has made it difficult to live. Plus, each year the rent increases (one year it was $25 and then the next it was $50). It's frustrating when renting anywhere in the Orlando area is expensive, but to increase it that much over a few years is really high. We have issues with noise above us. The management office is ...

    My girlfriend and I had been searching high and low for the perfect apartment that would best serve our needs, when we came across Seville on the Green, a UDR Property located in beautiful Winter Springs FL close to the Casselberry line. We recently moved into an apartment here at Seville on the Green and we couldn't be happier. Everything from the beginning of the application process up to the move in date was quick, easy and fun. As we all know, finding a new place could be a bit daunting, ...
    however the friendly staff at Seville on the Green made the transition a very pleasant experience. Not only is the leasing staff (Vanessa) friendly and courteous, the maintenance staff (Jason) is beyond reproach. Any issues we had during our move in and initial inspection were addressed and taken care of immediately, the same day even! Which to us, is the most important aspect of the initial first impressions of moving into a new apartment to call home. Some specific details regarding our move included some minor cracks in the shower tiles in the master bathroom, not only did they fix it they replaced the entire wall of tile to ensure the job was done right. Also at first, the washer machine wasn't working too efficiently and not only did they fix the issue the same day, we received a brand new washer machine! My girlfriend and I have been calling Seville on the Green our home for about a month and a half now and we highly encourage anyone looking to move to this area to consider doing the same! You won't be dissappointed.
