Lived here for about 3 years now and it’s been fantastic! We have our own parking space and garage, and plenty of visitor parking close by. One of the great things about shade tree is that we NEVER hear our neighbors which can be a worry when moving into a new apartment. The maintenance team is efficient and friendly, and keeps us updated.It’s only 5-7min from shopping and highways.being Pet friendly and in unit laundry are also major bonuses!

Going on about 8 months of living at Shade Tree. I have had zero complaints and have loved every day of my lease thus far. Maintenance is quick, neighbors are quiet, and management is competent. Overall, I would recomend this to first time renters, senior citizens, and everyone in between!

Management is super duper friendly and very great at communicating what is happening around the campus. The maintenance team is spectacular. Very friendly and great at what they do. I’ve never had anything come up that they couldn’t take care of. Been living here for 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say about shade tree.
