DO NOT MOVE IN!
April 28, 2020DO NOT move into shadow creek. The apartment staff is less than willing to help you and will in fact disagree with you when an issue arises such as mold in the building, exposed wiring when I moved in, and bleach sprayed at furnature by the cleaning crew. It took over 1 month to get my lease when my fiance came home from deployment. It takes over a month of requests and emails to get anything fixed in your apartment. The apartment was said to be upgraded brand new, however when I moved in there ...was scratches on the walls, dog hair, broken screens, and blinds. Half of the things said to sell you on the apartment complex is not true. There are no security cameras, there is no nature trail, and more. Dont waste your time.
October 3, 2015The property managers barely keep track of anything. They lost a couple of my packages and importantly a couple of my rent checks. They blindly put it in someone else's account. After that, I started experiencing a bug problem. Ants, roaches, and lizards to be exact. I really can't deal with it anymore. July 23, 2015If you love the sounds of a bird symphony in the morning and relaxing on your patio this is the place for you. We have loved living here for over a year. Management staff are top rate and maintenance team are prompt and friendly. Grounds are beautiful, great pool,childrens park, and very pet friendly. Can walk to many restaurants, grocery and walking trails. We feel welcome and very safe here and can truly say you will Love living here. Stop by and see for yourself.
