Shadow Creek Apartments is the Best!
March 20, 2024I lived at Shadow Creek Apartments a few years ago in a (1x1) loft and absolutely loved it! Out of all the communities I lived at, this by far was my favorite one. I felt at home immediately and the office staff was so helpful with answering questions we had while living there. All the fun events and amenities were an awesome bonus and loved the opportunity to see the cute office dog, Walter! Third Story w/ Loft is the BEST!
September 14, 2020I currently live at Shadow Creek Apartments in a third story apartment with the loft. The ONLY reason I am moving is because I just bought a house. I've lived in apartments all over California, Arizona, Indiana, and Ohio and I can honestly say that Shadow Creek is my favorite apartment layout AND community. If you are a working adult, with or without kids, who enjoys clean grounds and peace and quite, this is your place in the Hamilton/Fairfield area by FAR. Displeased, to say the least
July 19, 2017Lived there for three years. They don't have any interaction with their customers, unless it's telling them what rules they have to obey or fines they threaten to levy against you unless you follow dictated rules. Everything costs extra, on top of the already exhorbant rent they charge you. Appliances and building materials are subpar for what the cost of rent is. Parking is horrible, and be prepared for high cosmetic damage and costs from other parked cars. Management lacks basic customer ...service skills. The only benefit it was to me was the proximity to my job, which has now mercifully moved. Now I can finally move after the last three years of literally walking on egg shells (the kitchen tile cracked if you looked at it wrong - which you could lose part of your deposit for....). September 8, 2015I've lived here 8 years. The property has seen several management changes. At this time they are running better than ever! I will probably be moving next year as I am looking to retire and the rent will just be too much for me to manage. I love my apartment the floor plan is perfect for me. High Priced for Hamilton
August 17, 2015Fixtures and appliances are out dated for a luxury community. Rental rates on the high side for Hamilton. Most people here are friendly. Stairwells and outside of buildings need repairs a fresh coat of paint. Overall, not a bad place just high priced.Review from Apartments.com
Decent Starter Apartment
August 10, 2015This is a good starter apartment for any young single, young couple, or someone looking for a short term transition apartment. The one bedroom with a loft is a great size for a couple. The apartment management is helpful and they resolve issues quickly. The only negative aspect regarding my building is that you can definitely see its age. The outside of the building is starting to look aged, railing are rusty, and the concrete steps are falling apart.Review from Apartments.com
