Very outdated
April 21, 2020When I went to view the townhouse on the day I was supposed to sign my lease there were bugs in the kitchen drawers, the bottom of one of the drawers was peeling up. There are no handles on the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen cabinets are just a cut piece of particle board. They are uneven. One of the cabinets cannot be fully opened because it is to close to the wall. The larger bedroom door does not latch, the same with the storage door. There were smashed spiders on the walls in the closets. It ...was very outdated for the price.Property Manager Responded

July 12, 2019One of the managers is extremely lazy and you can tell by the people that work for her. The head maintenance guy left because of her. The apartments are not well run which stems from poor management. Lived here 8 years and she chose a resident’s side who has lived here under a year over mine. Her mind was already made up before I even said my side of the story where a dad was treating his daughter badly and I spoke up as any dad would.
