      I have lived here for seven years it’s always been quiet well-kept haven’t had any problems. My apartment is spacious laid out well and it’s close to most everything in Tucson.The apartment manager and the maintenance man have always been on top of everything I’ve asked it’s a wonderful place to live that’s why I am not moving anytime soon

      You can find better for the price you are going to pay. They offer nothing but the price is always increasing. Be prepared to pay if you ever decide to move out.

        Dear Resident, We appreciate your feedback in what you feel is lacking in our community. Our price is based on several factors including; Value, Amenities, Square Footage, etc. Our pricing includes: Water, Covered Parking, Built in Microwaves, Fireplaces, Private Storage Rooms, among other Great Amenities. Price increases are pretty standard with any Apartment Community. They are also bases on several factors. We also just had a resident event on Saturday, September 16th. I hope that you had time to attend. We plan to have more of these in the future as well. We invite you in to the Leasing Office to discuss this and any other concerns that you may have.

    • Smells like smoke

      Gross on the inside and water heater is in the master bedroom closet. The property has gone through over 3 property managers within the last 6 months. The water has been shut off twice for repairs and the laundry room only takes quarters. The complex does not provide a coin machine I have to go to my bank each time when I have to wash. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am glad I will end my lease.

      The apartment space is big really good if you have one or two kids. Although it is really quite place there are kids that live here but you really couldn't tell. There are no late night party's which is good no complaints. Small apartment complex everyone is nice. The landlord is rally nice easy to talk to.
