I would like to give special thanks to our Community Manager, Ms. Lindsey. Her warm and welcoming smile have always made our day better! And for continuing to improve our living even though it is already the best! The appliances are old and breaking down. 20 plus service request ( ac went out several times and they put a bandaid on it, ie 20 plus service request for various things) and all you get is inefficientcy and smiles from the office. I am not an angry tenant but a mistreated consumer. If you complain the property manger just might start avoiding you!! And I have gotten incorrect information left and right from day 1!!!See your actual unit ...before you sign and qualify it well. Take heed as this is the most recent review . If it’s just one person, who knows maybe it can work for you if you are never home and are not on the first floor. I also need to mention that the neighbors are loud and up all hours of the night !! Surpassed Expectations
August 13, 2015I moved from Florida and was unable to personally look at apartments before moving. The staff, especially Russell the assistant property manager, was more than helpful when helping me and my roommate with the move-in process. He stayed an extra hour after closing for me to pick up my keys because my travels had gotten delayed. The entire staff knew my name whenever I went in to the office for anything, and they loved when I brought my dog and gave her treats. Maintenance was always prompt and ...came within 24-48 hours. Horrible corporate office
August 11, 2015The corporate office is horrible. They put up signs for parking and hope and pray that people will be able to now what they are actually thinking. If you put up a sign that says reserves for green stickers then you should pay for the tow when a green sticker parks there. There problem is they were suppose to put up a sign that said blue stickers. I will not be staying here and never ever recommend this complex or company to anyone.
