Drugs, trashy, poor maintenance response,management lies and they are lazy

Drugs are being sold and consumed every single day in my apartment building and in the lease agreement it states very Cleary that if they even suspect drug activity that they will evict you. Myself and multiple other residents have reported this verbally and through written reports and management does nothing along with the local police. I personally have found used syringes in the parking lot joints laying on the ground and have photographed these things and still nothing has been done. The ...
maintenance is horrible and you are lucky to even have a furnace filter changed once a year. Overall this place is a nightmare to live in and I wouldn't ever even want to bring a child here. You would be better off living in your vehicle than ever coming to live here, but they sure don't have any problem cashing your rent check. Avoid this dump and drug riddled place at all costs!

The management is nice and the maintenance staff is wonderful (in our personal experience). The apartments themselves are pretty nice, and decently sized.
However, there's usually quite a bit of drug-related activity (be it dealers or just users) and some "bad apples". (We've personally had issues with the same neighbors for over a year). There are some very kind people who live here, though, and they can make it feel a little more bearable.
Around where we live, it can be quite noisy (the ...
acoustics outside make it seem like things are right outside your window while living on the 2nd floor), other areas may be better. Cigarette smoke from downstairs tenants can be an issue to keep in mind, as well.

We had to move to this apartment thanks to a "friend". There were some issues after we moved in, but they were fixed fairly quick. The staff have been nice to us and over all, pleasant! The grounds need serious maintenance but We like it for now!
