A really great place to live
December 5, 2024We’ve been living here since July and have had a very pleasant experience! It’s a lovely community and feels safe and is in a great location. The Apts are clean and the staff friendly professional and really helpful. We’ve had to call maintenance once or twice and I was impressed at how quickly they were to respond and help fix the issue.Property Manager Responded

Nice Property, Bad Management
June 25, 2023I lived here for 2 years, and it was a nice area and nice apartment. My only problem was that management was constantly changing and didn't seem to have any actual say in anything. There was always a "higher" management that you couldn't talk to that called the shots. I especially had problems moving out, where the management gave me unclear instructions that they then turned into fees that they charged me for "breaking the lease" even though I wasn't planning on doing so. Be careful and make ...sure to get everything in writing from them.Property Manager Responded

Price gouging
April 27, 2023Living here was ok, they raise the rent every year and will not give you the price that is advertised because it’s a “new tenant deal” all apartments are not upgraded, if you’re getting a cheaper price most likely will get an outdated unit with white appliances and no microwave. Strict management
March 27, 2023When we first moved in it was great. No issues. Then they changed management about two months ago and they are writing us up for everything (they will look inside your windows to make sure everything is tidy or say you’re breaking your lease), even when there are other obvious tenants with lease violations (pets that are restricted breeds, porch violations, etc). Talking about porches, you can’t have anything on them without them yelling at you (even flowers or plants!) because every apartment ...has to look the same on the outside.Property Manager Responded

Best apartment ever!
August 27, 2022I have been here 10 + years. That should say alot in itself! Exellent everything! Quiet, pet friendly, lots of greenspace and everyone is super friendly.The maintenance crew are top notch and fast to make repairs. Office personnel are professional and friendly. Horrible changes as of late
October 18, 2021I've been here for about 3yrs..management has changed 3 times and the last straw was when I received my lease renewal and it shows a monthly increase of $210 a month..WITHOUT any extra notice on such a huge increase in monthly rent.
