Pretty big unit for the price. Good Maint. staff that fix things correctly. Property is laid out more like townhomes or condos and not apartments. I heard they used to be condos before. Surrounding city is very quaint and quiet.

They are older and unique, i love my apatment. Manager Chris and maintenance live on property and handle any problem right away. Rent is affortable and neighborhood is safe. We have been here for almost a year and will be renewing our lease.

DON'T DO IT! ROACHES GALORE!!!

The neighborhood is great. Manager is great but not in office often. Maintenance fixes things pretty quick. Local school is great. The amount of space I get for what I'm paying amazing. They are old but in a charming way. But the rating is so low because they are infested!!!! ROACHES EVERY WHERE!!! IT'S EXTREME. They spray the apartments like once a month but it does absolutely nothing. I keep a clean house but it doesn't matter these apartments have had German roaches for years apparently and ...
I wish I had done my research because the bugs alone is so bad it will never be worth it. Hundreds of roaches and they're not scared to crawl all over you, get in the shower with you. Crawl on your face when you're asleep. Don't do it. If they got rid of the roaches I'd give them a 4 star.

Older units but kept in good repair. Some remodeled well. Rents are reasonable. Must use community laundry with reload card (in office). Not many amenities just pool with lots of kids. One designated space plus visitor. Large patios.
