Roof leak, mold/mildew issues - renter beware

Posting this here so future renters are aware of the pros/cons of living here:
Pros: looks great, cool brick walls, close to CMU (for grad students like me)
Cons: We live on the top floor so less noise problems than the avg unit, but we've had a repetitive roof leak issue in our corner unit. We've tried to address this with management but have used up every tool in our arsenal to try and get the leaks fixed / opt out of our lease. Unfortunately we're stuck here with a newborn, and clear ...
mold/mildew issues (see photos) from current and prior roof leak issues (like pouring into the living room and needing Home Depot buckets to collect water). Other complaints are some of what other posters have already said (i.e., noise, single elevator down a lot).
