This place has mice and roaches. The rent is extremely high and I can't find one security camera. The lobby door is left open all night, I don't feel safe here.

I have been here for a year and 4 months. The management has changed 3 times. My original Lease was lost and they never contacted me to correct this. I had to find out on my own. This new company has been doing emergency water shut offs for a consistent 5 months! Going on 6 months. Every week the water is turned off and we are forced to find a water source. They never say why this is only that the water will be shut off. They have only recently started telling us before hand instead of the day ...
of. There have been times the furnace was broken in the winter with no accommodations. There are no security cameras in the garage and cars have been broken into. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood but that's about it.
