Nice Neighborhood, Outdated Apartments, Poor Move Out Experience

The complex has a great clubhouse, including a fitness center and pool, and the neighborhood is nice, however that's about all is has going for them. Apartments are extremely outdated on the interior. It is very easy to hear the people either above or below you. Their was always a problem with the washer and/or dryer in my building, and that was reported a number of times. The move out experience was absolutely brutal. Lots of misinformation, and you still lose a portion of your security deposit ...
automatically, not to mention they will look to get even additional money out of you. Happy not to be a resident there anymore. For the cost of apartments in the area, they are many choices that would be of better value!
