I usually dont do reviews but I wanted to get the word out to people that really care about where they live. We lived in Portico from 2024-2025 and decided to move out of the area. top quality in terms of amenities. The two pools have outstanding cooking areas, both with sinks, refrigerator, and ice machines. The property is one of those spots you never have to leave. Soon after we moved in we met Basil. REMARKABLE customer service skills. I would say the best I have ever witnessed. He not only fixes what little problems we have had here, he ensures it is made right with common sense tactics. He creates a family type dynamic in the community, networking and bringing folks together. Because of the staff here and Basils leadership, our experience here at Shalimar has been like a dream. We wake up here at Shalimar feeling like we are on vacation. I know it’s a difficult decision leasing in this area but Shalmar is it. Look no further!!!
