Quality rapidly decreasing

90% of equipment in gym is broken. Weight benches are missing screws in the seat and you can't adjust for height. The 2 bikes by the door require a subscription to use. This was promised over a year ago but never happened so they're essentially useless. The other bike will revert back to level zero constantly which makes it useless. The ellipticals aren't level which causes pain when using (can be seen by the etched marks on the rails). The smith machine has loose bolts for safety rails. Was told ...
someone came to look at it but that was months ago and nothing has happened.
Club house is in the same condition: microwave is broken, tv remotes don't work, pool cues are missing tips, connect 4 is broken, business center is just a table with chairs, arcade game is broken, and corn hole legs are broken. We rented the place almost a year ago and nothing has been fixed since then
All these either need out of order signs or need to be repaired. Otherwise, it's misleading for current and future residents. Especially if they're using it to promote the property.
