Decent apartments at an affordable price
January 1, 2025I have lived here for two years now, it is nice, affordable. Apartments are in good shape and clean. They try to keep it maintained. Pools get closed a lot which bother some people. You also never know if the gates are going to work (they break on the regular) so yes it has its flaws but don't all apartments? For the lower price of rent I would say it is one of the best options in the area.Property Manager Responded

October 8, 2024Shannon Creek Apartments in Burleson TX is a fantastic place to live! The apartments are only a few years old so everything is in great shape, and the apartments are really well-designed and spacious. The maintenance staff is amazing and really responsive, talented, and friendly. The amenities are top notch, with two great swimming pools, an exercise facility, a clubhouse with a billiards table and other games, regular events hosted by management in the clubhouse for the residents, and even ...food trucks that stop by on a schedule. Terrible
March 27, 2024Theft of wheels and tires, not only me but several vehicles. Spoke to the officer, far from the first time. There's been vehicle theft, stolen vehicles, and stolen catalytic converters as well. Management refuses to fix the gates(not working for 11 months out of the year), months long wait on appliance repair. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhereReview from Apartments.com
