I have lived here for years and love this neighborhood. However, when I transferred to another apartment there were damaged cupboards in the kitchen and a big red stain on the living room floor which is laminate wood flooring. When I addressed the issue with the manager it was like, "meh." I was missing a rack in my oven and the knobs on my bathtub/shower are loose and fall off all of the time. to fix cupboards and I felt like it was a, "that's just the way it is" situation. My sliding glass doors let in so much cold air in the winter and so much how air in the summer and are not properly sealed. We have had the same washer and dryers for years that you have to work some type of voodoo magic just to get the machined to read your card. The handles on the dryers are broken and half of the the dryers do not work half the time. I have always just settled for this lifestyle and realizing this cannot be normal.
