Roaches and constant floading

While living here someone brought roaches. When informed management about the roaches they told us to deal with it and to go to the dollar general and buy roach traps if it was such a problem. We lived on the first level, constantly had problems with it flooding from the maintenance room from the septic tank. Our sliding door wouldn't lock maintenance kept informing me they ordered the part to fix it but it was never fixed within the 2 years of living there. If you were late on rent instead of ...

putting a letter in your mail box. They would tape a bright red letter on your door for your neighbors to read saying your 2 days late on rent and to pay. No type of confidentiality. At one point our security door broke and they tried to blame me and my husband for breaking it when we barely ever used it. We came in and out of our sliding door since it wouldnt lock anyways. Would not suggest renting here!

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."

I never had the chance but i did had a friend who live there. i stay for a few weeks and i must said it a good service they make sure you live in a good and confortable place.
