Bad management
October 12, 2024I’ve been living here for a year now. And for the entire year I’ve been complaining about the noise over my head. Stomping day & night, dog running and barking hours at a time, partying until 4am. Management does absolutely nothing about noise complaints and says that the dogs are allowed to run back and forth. They insisted that I be the one move out but I’d have to pay another $1,000 deposit and a $700 moving fee. Also, this is their third management team since I’ve been.Property Manager Responded

I love It Here
January 10, 2024I really love this complex. They respond quickly to maintenance requests (not that I have had a lot) and it is a quiet community. I love the pool access and how close it is to all the stores and restaurants. Moving in was easy and the leasing agents were very nice. It’s just enough for me and my son and it meet my 3 mandatory requirements (2 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer in my unit and a nice community pool for my son). August 25, 2023I’ve never had an issue living here and I’ve been here since 2020. There’s always parking available, maintenance always comes in a reasonable time, my rent has never been messed up, and the kids in the neighborhood are respectful. I feel safe. Also, I know each building is different however, my building is connected and we all talk to one another and look out for each other. It reminds me of how neighborhoods used to be back in the day before everyone just started to mind their business.Property Manager Responded
