I've lived there nearly 3 yrs and we couldn't wait to move. The neighbor harassed us the entire time we were there. We made many complaints on him to the office and it took us moving out before they would do anything about him. When we talked to them they acknowledged that they knew he was a problem and had given him warnings but since he would stop for a bit they wouldn't do anything to him. They are charging us to break the lease because of their negligence in allowing him to harass us and call ...
the police 23 times in 29 months. On the bright side there are sweet people there. Not worth the hassle though!!

So far first night and it's a Friday compared to where I just moved from it's like a different world. It's quiet there is a place to park in front of my building and me and my kids don't have to walk halfway across the complex to get into our home. Had an excellent time moving in, Robin was so sweet and despite some issue with the moving process she still made it go smoothly and worked with us on everything. Sheffield heights by far has been the best experience as far as moving in and just the employees having good attitudes about everything and listening to your concerns
