Lack of assistance
November 25, 2025I've lived there nearly 3 yrs and we couldn't wait to move. The neighbor harassed us the entire time we were there. We made many complaints on him to the office and it took us moving out before they would do anything about him. When we talked to them they acknowledged that they knew he was a problem and had given him warnings but since he would stop for a bit they wouldn't do anything to him. They are charging us to break the lease because of their negligence in allowing him to harass us and call ...the police 23 times in 29 months. On the bright side there are sweet people there. Not worth the hassle though!!Property Manager Responded

January 13, 2025I have been living at Sheffield heights apartment homes for 2.5 years, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The community here is incredibly welcoming, and the friendly atmosphere makes it feel like home. One of my favorite aspects is the variety of outdoor activities available. Whether it's taking a leisurely stroll through the complex grounds or enjoying a grill in the back or by the pool, there's always something to do. November 15, 2024So far first night and it's a Friday compared to where I just moved from it's like a different world. It's quiet there is a place to park in front of my building and me and my kids don't have to walk halfway across the complex to get into our home. The code for the door is taking some getting used too lol ?? and my dryer not working as of yet but in total my kids and I love itProperty Manager Responded
