requested to be set, never sent 'replacement' after a dozen requests. Told them in DETAIL BEFORE moving in he had PTSD/mobility issues plus stayed cold so high heat and stopping drafts, so downstairs only and not lot of noise, I was legally blind but super hearing so issues there. Requested all these before, nothing done since moved in, reported monthly when paying rent, ALSO by email every other month -- Front door/back door appears as if had been jimmied, huge gaps/unsafe/not properly sealing to keep out various pests from other units as THIS place was sprayed BY US when moving in, items checked as brought. Kitchen floor large areas of soft/weak spots and tiles coming up, open drawers whatever weather outside is temperature blowing from those not inside ac/heat temp & small piece carpet in pantry smelled like pee, bathroom window no full frame/messed up, blown in foam stuff outside apartment/inside living room window, shower stays on partially even when bath/knobs don't turn full/right/shower head leaks NOW for MONTHS reported NO WATER at ALL in shower though bathroom sink and kitchen work, toilet moves around by foot either side & leaks waste & toilet seat stripped from repeated tightning but still loose, sockets various rooms don't work/unusable/loose/hazard, fridge missing/loose strips, runs constantly but not cooling right/noisy, claimed {LIED} never reports about noise upstairs but others confirm MANY complaints MONTHS ALL sides for several units even nearby/around, up to 20 hours DAY stomping screaming crying least 2 adult 1 child & have had police and child services called, constant company with main door open so echos through stairwell surrounding apts. Had to wait move in to clean/maintain, BUT appliances filthy and only half work, not painted in years, messed up locks, doors. NOTHING EVER FIXED. 'Fixed' AC/Heat unit/s, NEVER replied to repeated notices did NOT fix properly. LAW re QUIET ENJOYMENT in return for paid rent USELESS.
