A terrible place to be RUN FROM IT…!!!!
September 11, 2024My daughter has been renting there for three months, we have visited her twice and is terrible, not really a better price than other apartments around. Some unhealthy situations have happened from the entrance doors to the rooms….! Broken kitchen cabinet doors, bathroom door that doesn’t lock…! Sewer drain that drained back into the apartments not only hers but like three or four other tenants …. Windows that leak when it rains, it is unbelievable.!!!! April 9, 2024Don’t rent here these apartments are garbage they suck they don’t never fix nothing and they’re nasty. The people in the office are unprofessionally. Don’t do nothing about anything maintenance wise and these apartments. All they do is give you the runaround been out without air almost 3 months now and they still have not fixed it and still give me the runaround in the hallways are nasty. Out dated, bugs, management ,dog poop
July 8, 2021If you don’t care about the cost of electric then you won’t mind the air the sliding door let’s in you can lift up the carpet near it and see the cracked concrete. The other review said they lived there for 7years. I have lived here for 3 years and they have kept raising the price every year with no real improvement. There is water damage everywhere if you don’t see it when you first get there you will eventually. When we first moved in management was nice well the outside workers. The people at ...the office are rude. If you have any sort of problem it will take a minimum of two days for them to get back with you, and another two weeks for anything to be done. Also if you have kids then you will love having dog poop in youre house it is everywhere outside people don’t use the bags that are out there. If you have pets you will have to pay a good amount of money on top of that increased rent and electric.Property Manager Responded

Spacious and Affordable!
August 2, 2015I have lived at Sheffield Square Apartments for seven years, in both a one bedroom ($543/mo) and two bedroom ($721/mo) apartment. There are many great things about living in these apartments, but the thing I love most is the SPACE. The one bedroom is 971 square feet and the two bedroom is 1345 square feet. The bedrooms are enormous, and the two bedroom has tons of closet space. The office staff and maintenance crew are all very friendly and provide excellent service. There is also 24-hour ...emergency maintenance available. These apartments are less than a mile from Floyd Memorial Hospital, and close to I-64 and I-265, and the new River Run Family Water Park on Daisy Lane. One thing that is less than ideal is the parking. If you live in a corner building then sometimes you end up having to park a little far away. Also, AT&T UVERSE TV is not available in this area, and an extra deposit is required to have a satellite dish. They recently dismantled the swimming pool and tennis court as well.
