    Rose was wonderful, kind, efficient and helpful as we were navigating a life change, and needed an apartment as soon as possible. Everything was clean and freshly painted, and it's been a great place to live. We are very thankful for the help and quick timing to acquire the apartment.

  • Don't Do It. Not worth it at all

    June 1, 2021
    Rent is increased every year. This year it's $60. Last year $50. Next year it's $70. The cost of the apartments, is no justification for what very little is here and care needed for the place. Black mold in ac-heater, windows an such, crappy pool and exercise room. Run.
