      As a lifelong Lafayette resident I can confidently say Shenandoah Properties are one of the nicest apartment communities in town, and certainly the best value. The properties are clean and quiet, yet still very pet and family-friendly. Devon and the rest of the office staff are fantastic and the one maintenance issue I have ever had was dealt with promptly and without fuss.     • Best apartment I have ever rented

      Not only is this complex full of a variety of floor plans and types of apartments, it is very convenient and close to everything. The office staff is exceptional and the maintenance crew is great. I have lived here for 1 year and have called them exactly one time with a problem and it was coming from upstairs. Best of all there is no noise coming from other apartments!
