Security cameras on premises. Mail boxes are located by the outside front door. No application fee. Tennis court, playground, picnic area, & lots of open lawn space. We do run background checks, verify employment & run credit checks. Located near grocery stores, shopping, downtown Cortland, Cortland State, bus route.
