Included in rent: heat, hot & cold water, sewer, trash, recycling. Private parking lot with 1 reserved parking spot plus an extra unreserved spot. Coin-operated laundry in each building. Plenty of closet space in the hallway & bedrooms, with storage above the closets, drapes included in each unit and air conditioner in most. Full time maintenance plus on call service. Security cameras on premises. Mail boxes are located by the outside front door. No application fee. Tennis court, playground, picnic area, & lots of open lawn space. We do run background checks, verify employment & run credit checks. Located near grocery stores, shopping, downtown Cortland, Cortland State, bus route.
