December 19, 2019Moved here in September 2019. Staff is friendly. Maintenance is fast to respond. Seems to be a lot of retired persons and those on disability live. With a mix of working people. So, it quite and everyone knows everyone. Not crazy about the water/misc fees, but it clean and quite.Review from Apartments.com

July 28, 2017Had family move in recently. Everything has been fine until Mgmt tries to find ways to nickel and dime you to death. Especially, hurtful to folks who are barely making ends meet and the extra fees have actually nothing to do with the any damage or issue with the apartment itself. It was something outside of that that was no big deal and was an inadvertent error. Mgmt really needs to chill on ridiculous fees and stop hurting people. Understand if it was damage or something related to that but ...it wasn't. Very unfair and hurtful financially to those that as I mentioned are barely making it and also, having health issues.
