Virginia and Maria, in particular, deserve special recognition for their exemplary service. From the moment I moved in, Virginia was incredibly welcoming and made sure that the transition was as smooth as possible. They were always available to assist with any concerns, no matter how small. July 16, 2022We lived there for about 6 years and recently moved out due to job relocation. Had a great time. Management team is amazing. If you have issues, send out email to manager or call, if it is major, resolve within few hours. Never lost a package. Utilities are included in rental fee except electricity. If you are budget oriented, this is the place you need to look for first. Parking fee is very reasonable. Location is great. Lawrence statin is 7 mins distance by walking. May 27, 2022When we first moved into Sheridan-Gunnison apartment, we were not sure if we made the right choice because there's few review online about it, but after living here for one year, we are so glad we moved in. The staff here is fantastic. Virginia the manager is always friendly and willing to help. Andrew is like a family to us and always makes sure we get our packages. The maintenance team is quick to response. Altogether we were very happy to live here. The apartment itself is great. We have a ...wonderful view of the lake without any blockage.
