We lived there for about 6 years and recently moved out due to job relocation. Had a great time. Management team is amazing. If you have issues, send out email to manager or call, if it is major, resolve within few hours. Never lost a package. Utilities are included in rental fee except electricity. If you are budget oriented, this is the place you need to look for first. Parking fee is very reasonable. Location is great. Lawrence statin is 7 mins distance by walking. If I have to come back to ...

When we first moved into Sheridan-Gunnison apartment, we were not sure if we made the right choice because there's few review online about it, but after living here for one year, we are so glad we moved in.
The staff here is fantastic. Virginia the manager is always friendly and willing to help. Andrew is like a family to us and always makes sure we get our packages. The maintenance team is quick to response. Altogether we were very happy to live here.
