The property looks great from the outside. My experience living here was a different story.
Under the current management, conditions here became intolerable in my view. When I raised reasonable, good-faith concerns about how the community's own rules were being applied, the response wasn't to address them — it was to hand the matter to attorneys. In my opinion, that's a community more willing to spend on legal letters than on managing the property fairly.
If you're touring: walk the property on ...
your own, not just the route you're shown. Talk to current residents away from staff. Get every commitment in writing.
The exterior is not the experience. I chose not to renew and very very happy to leave.
