October 1, 2025There’s no parking, when your a server who works late you come later and the only options is grass sometimes so there’s that, and no propane in the grills for a week plus. Pool is nice though and no neighbor problems.Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2025Roof leak that is obviously not new and not being repaired correctly. Lily in the office has been so helpful throughout the whole moving in process though. The gates rarely work. It would be better if they just took them down.Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2025I really do love it here, but I have seen a lot of aggresive breed dogs. Pitbulls, German Shepards... I've actually been almost bit twice by Laboradors. In the past it wasn't this way.Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2025Been here over a month. Everyone in the office seems friendly and helpful. Had to turn in a few maintance requests and it did not take them long to get to my request. Lawn is kept and the dumpster cans are emptied daily. Very pet friendly. Over all, this is a nice place to live and only 3 miles from the beach.Property Manager Responded

September 14, 2025The apartment is great. Maintenance requests are completed quickly, usually within the same day. The pool areas are clean and well maintained. Our only complaint is the entrance gait. It’s always broken or the guest code we have doesn’t work and we can’t enter through the back entrance gate. Also the key card to the gym area doesn’t work and we usually need someone else to let us in.Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2025We have lived here for 5 years now. Overall I love living here. Maintenance staff are phenomenal and quick to respond when an issue arises. Leasing office staff varies over the years but overall everyone there is helpful and responsive to resident needs. They have been making lots of improvements the last year or so. September 6, 2025Great property, great amenities, great location, great maintenance, great staff. Sheridan Ocean Club takes care of its tenants and provides a fantastic living environment. The only downside is that Front Gate security could be more secure. The "gated entry" is rarely gated and anyone can enter at anytime. And they do.Property Manager Responded
