Unsatisfactory Showing Experience
July 7, 2021I was set up for a virtual showing today at 3pm. When I clicked the link for the virtual tour, I saw the Leasing Agent Lea was with another client. The Leasing Agent informed me she was going a little bit over and would call me back. At around 3:30pm or so(since I wasn't contacted back yet), I e-mailed and texted the Leasing Agent to double check the pricing on the studio units. It took the Leasing Agent 40-45 minutes to call me back(3:40/3:45pm). When she called, she asked if I still had time ...to do a virtual tour and I said that would be fine(although I wasn't happy about her taking 40-45 min to call back). I asked if she got my e-mail or text and she said no. I asked her to verify the monthly rent for the studio units as I was trying to check if they would be the best and affordable options for me. She began to give 1-2 unit options that suited my price range. At this time, she spoke so fast about the pricing and utilities that I couldn't keep up with her. I began to ask for clarity with the monthly rent for the unit. Before I could ask my question completely, I was cut off by her. There were also a couple other times throughout the conversation where I was cut off as well. Despite being cut off, I got a clearer picture of what the monthly rent was for the unit. Based off the monthly rent and what was offered, I told the Leasing Agent the apartment wouldn't be a good fit and have a good day. The Leasing Agent replied, "Are you looking for something less than that monthly rate(with a bit of an attitude)?!" At this moment and although I tried to be patient throughout the call, I was truly annoyed and told her I would absolutely not be leasing with her and to have a good day once more. I didn't appreciate the interaction with this Leasing Agent and I thought it would've been more considerate for her to call, text, or e-mail that her prior appointment is going over my appointment time beforehand. I felt rushed with her talking so fast, thought she wasn't listening to what I was saying while cutting me off, and she was pretty late once more.Property Manager Responded

Complete waste of time
December 15, 2019Like the last review I had an appointment to view a studio. I arrived on time only to wait 17 minutes for the leasing agent. It turned out he was assisting a new tenant with signing their lease for the last available studio. I guess it was a blessing in disguise. I provided my feedback to management, but wanted to leave a review here as well.Property Manager Responded

Unacceptable
October 8, 2016The guy stood me up after setting up a 3 pm appointment today. He never answered his phone after I waited outside the unit for 30 minutes. I contacted their office and no one answered after 3 calls. This is unacceptable and they should be reported for treating people this way.Property Manager Responded

You get what you pay for
August 17, 2015The apartments are motel style places. I live in a one bedroom apartment and have parking (hard to come by in this city) for under 1000 dollars. I completely appreciate that fact, however, the building is poorly built. Windows are installed poorly, insulation doesn't exist, you can hear your neighbor sneeze, and it is all build on a cold weld. The manager is decent to work with, but he will never tell you when improvements are taking place in the building. One day I came home to my sidewalk ...torn apart, the next I couldn't get into my place because it was freshly paved (I only have one entrance into my apartment). Overall, it's a cute apartment. But, if you are willing or able to spend more, you can find better quality.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
